Welcome everyone to the second season finale of The Face!
Sorry for such a long delay, judging has taken so long but we have our winner. We have still remaining in the competition our Final 2, Aymeline and Lara. We've seen both of these models strive in this competition and fought it out until the end. We are now going to name one of them the winner.
Aymeline - you were one of the models that started off super strong but towards the end you've lost a bit of the shine. The judges were worried that you were hiding your face too much in your shots but we kept seeing that potential that we saw early on, has all that potential manifested into the winner's title?
Lara - you have been one of the most consistent models in this competition but maybe you didn't have the strongest photographs that shined as much and left your fingerprints all over this competition. You did turn out great photographs time after time but has it all been strong enough to give you the winner's title?
At this point either of you are deserving winners of the title but we did this entire competition to find The Face, so there can only be one winner, and that model is.......

You have won representation by IMG Models, a campaign for GUCCI, a $100,000 contract with M.A.C. Cosmetics and the cover of Vogue Italia!
We see the potential in you and you're an icon in this competition. I felt towards the end you almost had this in the bag, you really stepped up your game in this competition and I couldn't be more proud. Great job!!!
I'm sorry Aymeline, that means you are not The Face and are the runner-up for the season. You had an amazing run and had some of the more high fashion shots but sometimes it isn't just everyone's taste, you did stand out and made it super far.

The winner was determined by overall points gained from start to finish of this competition along with a Face-Off in which the judges said who they felt won that round. The winner of each round received +2, unless it was a prize for winning such as Tyler Shield, Magazine Editorial, M.A.C. and GUCCI campaign in which that was worth +3. All three runways were asked to be judged together out of 20 and covers out of 15.
